In reply to Steve. Hi Steve, you do need to join an agency, and gain expertise in commercial courses. You would follow the process of Logbook, NQF4 and PDE4. More of this info is under FREEBIES. Hi I am interested in pursuing commercial property sales how do I go about it? Must I first get a job with an established estate agency? and then join as a intern and write my first exam after two years?

Your MBA will help you with exemption against NQF4 & 5 however many people opt to rather do the courses as they gain knowledge and this enables them to generate more income. Hi Bianca It is an occupational qualification where you need to input practical evidence and workplace evidence. Can you not get a part time position in an agency to help you through that section of your work? The other option is that you leave your Intern Logbook until you become and agent, and complete your NQF Level 4 Real Estate 59097 now, with a PropAcademy Mentor.
