Intern Logbook Courses for Property Practitioners in South Africa
More about the Intern Logbook
What is the PPRA logbook?
Should you fall into the 2008 regulations, meaning you had an FFC issued to you prior to 30 June 2024, then you will have to complete your Logbook PoE, keep this at your agency’s registered office, and submit a letter to the PPRA stating this has been completed. Read more here.
When should I submit to the PPRA?
You submit directly to your Principal 12-months from your first FFC issue date. You can log in to your PPRA portal, click on “Qualification Status” and view “End Date” next to “Internship”. The end date is your submission date.
What if my logbook is overdue?
You can do this course as quickly as possible and submit your letter to the PPRA.
What are popular reasons for a logbook being declined by the PPRA?
- Plagiarism.
- Allowing or paying someone else to complete your logbook on your behalf.
- Insufficient content.
- Not keeping your original logbook at your agency’s registered office address.
