Please read the full terms and conditions before entering the lucky draw for your chance to win a R1 000 discount off a course of your choice.

This prize draw is open to all property practitioners aged 18 years or over, except employees of PropAcademy, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered.
Entries must be submitted via the survey platform supplied, entries cannot be amended in any way.
Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of dispatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.
For the draw to take place there must be a minimum of 10 entries by 9 July 2021.
All entries must be received by midnight on 9 July 2021.
The draw will take place on 14 July 2021.
The winner will be notified on or before the 21 July 2021.
The winner’s name will be publicized on our Facebook page, Newsletter and other media.
The winner will be required to participate in publicity.
The winner must send an image of themself to PropAcademy within 2-days of winning the prize. This image will be used for marketing purposes.
The winner must register for their course within 60-days of winning the prize.
Should PropAcademy be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize within the above time periods, PropAcademy reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the PropAcademy and accordingly the PropAcademy may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the PropAcademy as a result thereof.
