Land Use Controls forms part of the knowledge required by The Estate Agents Affairs Board (EAAB) in their Intern Logbook PoE as well as by Services SSETA in the FET: NQF: Level 4: 59097: Real Estate qualification.
The Introduction to Land Use Controls Course is aimed at people who are entering the real estate space as well as Property Practitioners’ ongoing training. It is designed so that Principal Property Practitioners can use it to train their sales team in a face-to-face environment or remotely. The content of the course is also valuable to persons wanting to invest in property as it covers the benefits of different types of land usage.
This course helps the Property Practitioner to discover various ways of changing the use of a property whether it be to develop a scheme or change usage from offices to a residential sectional title development, as an example. It will broaden your earning ability if applied correctly in your market-place.
The course includes a Learner Guide with an accompanying explainer video. This is a very useful tool and ensures that you understand the content of the learner guide and can successfully answer the questions. Questions are in the form of a quiz, where you must achieve a 70% pass. Once done, you will be presented with a PropAcademy Certificate of Compliance.
