PropAcademy offers a mentoring service to support our learners during their qualification. If you are enrolled for any of the listed courses below but do not have a Principal Agent or Full Status Agent of 3 years of more to mentor you through your qualification, then you must take advantage of this option.

Should you require additional sessions these can be arranged at an additional cost. Our mentors are all experienced and fully qualified. When you register for your course you will be given an option of adding this mentoring service to your cart. Your course is clearly explained in your Orientation. When you are ready to contact your mentor, you must email him/her to book your session. Your mentor will have a contact session with you once you have completed each of your Learning Units. Whilst completing your tasks, you must join our interactive face-to-face webinars and be coached by a facilitator. When working through your material on your own, you will have the opportunity of addressing queries to our helpline or saving them to discuss in the next webinar. Your mentor will not facilitate you, nor attend to your queries during the activity, only at the end of each learning unit.
Your mentor must satisfy himself/herself that you have the required subject knowledge and can apply it to fieldwork. Once done, your mentor will comment on your ability and sign off your mentor report.
All facilitators, mentors, assessors and moderators rotate, you will probably not have the same mentor more than once during your course.
Your mentorship is available for the duration of your course, it is not refundable should you not complete your qualification in the prescribed time.
