The qualification has been specifically designed to develop the competencies required to lead, manage and oversee the operations of a real estate agency.
As the property industry continues to become more professional and regulated, successful principals require much more than property sales experience. They need a sound understanding of management, leadership, financial management, governance, regulatory compliance, marketing, organisational planning, people management and stakeholder relationships.
This qualification provides a structured learning pathway for Real Estate Agents who are ready to progress to the next stage of their professional careers.

- Practical Skill Modules – 48 Credits
- Work Experience Modules – 32 Credits
Total: 160 Credits
Once all required components have been successfully completed, learners must meet the requirements for admission to the External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA).
Successful completion of the required external assessment forms part of the process for achieving the occupational qualification.
