Authority Exemption Pre-Sales Screening

I understand that my degree or diploma needs to be a NQF Level 6 or higher to apply for a NQF4 exemption, or a NQF Level 7 or higher to apply for NQF4 & 5 exemption.

I confirm that my qualification programme was completed over a minimum of 3-years.

I confirm that my qualification was obtained from a tertiary academic institution accredited with the council on higher education.

I understand that there are fees applicable for this exemption.

2. The Authority’s fee payable on request.

I am able to supply the following documents: certified qualification, certified ID, certified transcript of studies, updated CV, marriage certificate, matric certificate with two South African languages, unless your qualification was obtained in a foreign country, proof of payment to The Authority only on request.

I understand that if I am not currently registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), it is my responsibility to ensure my exemption status reflects on my PPRA portal once I have registered. I also understand that this exemption is for the NQF 4/5, and all other education requirements will still need to be met.
