Course Terms

Study Program

It is compulsory for a study program to be submitted once the course has been released to the learner

Certificates will only be issued to learners who have complied with all the requirements for a
particular course.

Should the agreed dates of submission not be adhered to (and the learner has not been granted an extension), PropAcademy reserves the right to de-enroll the learner without notice and will not be liable for any costs

Course Extensions

All PropAcademy’s courses must be completed within the stipulated time frame.

If your course has passed its original timeframe, it is the learner’s responsibility to ensure they still qualify under the current entry requirements.

Governing bodies regulating real estate qualifications regularly update their entry requirements. If you complete your course after your original deadline, we may not be able to issue your final certification.

Certain courses offered by PropAcademy may be eligible for an extension, provided the extension is purchased within 3 months of the original course deadline. Failure to purchase an extension within this timeframe will result in the need to repurchase the course in order to continue access.

Rework:

Each learner will have 2 attempts to submit rework. A 3rd opportunity may be awarded at PropAcademy’s discretion and penalties will be applied.

Should the submitted rework be found to be incomplete, it will not be marked and will be considered as an attempt.

Rework must be completed and submitted within 14 days of your Assessment Guide being sent to you.

It is solely your responsibility to ensure your contact details are updated on the learning portal.

Should you miss the 14-day deadline, penalties will apply up to 30 days.

Any rework submitted after 30 days will not be considered. Should you wish to continue your qualification with us, you will need to re-purchase your course.

Should your qualification no longer be valid with SSETA/QCTO, you are required to re-purchase and restart the updated qualification.
