What is the learner able to achieve after this year?
After completing this programme the learner will have a clear understanding of the real estate function, its legislation and will understand the real estate business. Compliance will result in a NQF Level 4 in Real Estate 59097 Certificate (SSETA) and a certificate of competence of the Introduction of Real Estate.
