Description
The NQF5 Real Estate qualification is regulated by SSETA. This course enables you to obtain 135 credits in the real estate NQF5 category you require to be able to become a Principal Property Practitioner. This means you to be entitled to manage your own estate agency business; purchase an estate agency franchise business; or manage a branch of a well-known estate agency brand. The sky’s the limit for agents who have taken up the challenge and successfully progressed from full status to principal status.
Once you have achieved your principal status you are then able to use the letters MPRE (Master Practitioner Real Estate) on all advertising material.
It is possible to be exempt from your NQF5 qualification if you have a university degree with subjects that are related to the real estate industry and fall within the EAAB Matrix.
Alternatively, you could apply to qualify for RPL. To qualify for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) in this qualification, you must pass this quiz. Should you qualify for RPL5, the NQF5 RPL course can be completed over 3.5 months.
